CoGym is a collaborative training studio. Clients follow their own personalized programs while training in a semi-private setting. Sessions may overlap with 1-2 others, but everyone works independently under supervision.

CoGym is not an open gym. You sign up online to reserve your space, then show up to complete your workout. Workouts can be booked up to two weeks in advance.

Workout start times are currently available in 30-minute intervals and begin with a check-in conversation that takes several minutes. Workouts are designed to take approximately one hour (not including cardio) but you may finish at your own pace.

Halfway in between a personal training session and a small group training session. Each workout has been planned in advance in your personalized programing. Your coach will be spotting all barbell movements while giving commentary on form.
If there are others in the studio, your coach will be assisting them while you rest in between sets. You are welcome to observe and interact with others but will not be asked to spot.
Workouts are designed to need the most supervision at the beginning, tapering off so that by the end you’ll get light feedback and can finish at your own pace. Your coach will check in with you before and after the workout to talk about overall progress.

In this initial concept, I will be coaching during these hours:
Monday through Friday: 9 AM - 11 AMMonday and Wednesday: 3 PM - 5 PM
Tuesday and Thursday: 2 PM - 4 PM
Essentially 9 AM - 4/5 PM on most weekdays with 11 AM - 2/3 PM reserved for private sessions. Additional hours may be added as the gym fills up.

Membership is flexible based on how often you’d like to come in:
1 workout per week: $99/month
2 workouts per week: $149/month
3 workouts per week: $199/month
4 workouts per week: $249/month

All clients will receive full weeks of programming regardless of how many supervised workouts you have per week. Non-supervised workouts will need to be completed in another facility.

Workouts are designed to take approximately one hour (not including cardio) but you may finish at your own pace. Cardio assignments from your coach may be completed on our machines either before or after your workout.

A typical workout will begin with a 5-minute warm-up that corresponds to the main movements.
Main movements include heavier barbell and dumbbell movements, followed by supplemental movements with specialized equipment.
Prescribed solo cardio may be completed on our machines either before or after the workout, depending on client preference.

You’ll set up a login for our website which will allow you to sign up for workout start times (every 30 minutes during available hours). You will work out under supervision from your coach and finish at your own pace. You may use our cardio machines before or after your workout.

For optimal results, no more than three clients can be in the studio at once. If a time is full, you’ll see it in the online scheduler. In a pinch, you can text to see if there’s room. The hours and availability may change in the future.
